These general conditions of use are concluded on the one hand between the company Avéyo, under the DIGIPROOF sites (.com, .co.uk, .fr) and on the other hand any natural or legal person, designated below by the term \ '' User \ '' - wishing to use the services offered by this site. REFERENCE LEGISLATION
The User is solely responsible for the nature of the sealed documents and files, since DIGIPROOF cannot analyze their content. It is the User's responsibility to respect European legislation and specifically French and German legislation, but also that of the country where the User resides.
NORMAL USE OF THE SERVICES
The User must use the DIGIPROOF services by following the instructions offered. Any abuse or attempts to hijack a function of the site will be detected, traced and may be subject to sanctions such as (1) temporary or definitive suspension of access to the seal service, (2) freezing of DIGIPROOF points, Ambassador points, Translator points, (3) prosecution in civil or criminal jurisdiction.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
If a sealed document claims intellectual property, it is the User's responsibility to enter at the time of sealing, in the description (4000 characters possible), all the information necessary for this claim. To be fully secure, we invite the User to carry out several seals prior to the one concerning the finalized work, this is called the path of creation. These preliminary seals make it possible to validate the different stages of the creation of a work, to indicate the different motivations and actions of the author (to be indicated in the description). This method ensures a very high level of protection for any infringement or plagiarism action.
GEOLOCATION
DIGIPROOF records your position by geolocation during a seal. You can refuse this option at the time of sealing. The certificate will indicate that there is no geolocation carried out.
SEALED ENCRYPTED FILES
The User can save encrypted files, but he remains under the obligation to respect the laws and regulations as defined above.
SEALING PORNOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTS
It is forbidden to seal pornographic documents of an illicit nature with regard in particular to the protection of minors.
PAYMENT BY THE PAYPAL PLATFORM
It is possible for a French user to purchase DIGIPROOF packs and credits by check, these will be credited as soon as the payment is effective. The check, payable to Aveyo, must be sent to the address listed in the ''Who are we?'' Section. '' of the site.
INTERNET BANDWIDTH
DIGIPROOF cannot be held responsible, following difficulty of use, of the services due to a difficulty of access by Internet.
ACCESS TO THE SITE
The DIGIPROOF site may, for short periods, be under maintenance. As the services are available globally and worldwide, maintenance operations are initiated in such a way as to inconvenience as few people as possible. Avéyo cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from a temporary impossibility of access to the service.
